We want you to love your beach-ready look. If it’s not a perfect fit, we are here to help.
- 14-Day Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and stain-free, in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size, style or color, please return your original items for a refund and place a new order.
- Shipping & Duties: Please note that return shipping fees and any applicable customs duties are covered by the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.

Email cc@notjustsummer.com with your order number and name of item/items you wish to return, and use the specific return address provided in our confirmation (this may differ from the address on your original package).
- Once dispatched, email your tracking number to cc@notjustsummer.com. And we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

- Refunds: Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days once your return parcel is marked as delivered and inspected.
- Received a Wrong Item? If you have received an item different from your original order, please get in touch with us at cc@notjustsummer.com with a photo of the received product and your order number. We will prioritize your case. Please do not initiate a return until our team provides specific instructions.
